Help For Adoptive Families In Crisis
We are a Parents In Training Inc. program. We have developed an Adoption Wraparound Service with a love-based unique methodology. This is an intense trauma-responsive educational program for adoptive parents on how to better understand and care for their adopted child.
We help families who have adopted children under 18 in California receiving benefits through the Adoption Assistance Program. There is no out-of-pocket cost to families.

What is Wraparound Care?
The adoption journey is beautiful, but it can bring complex challenges. Wraparound is a team-based approach that supports adoptive families exactly where they are. We do whatever it takes to help your child heal and bring peace back to your home.

Who Qualifies?
Eligibility Criteria
Location
Adopted child from a county within the state of California.
Age
Child must be under the age of eighteen.
Risk Level
At risk of being removed or placed outside the home into a higher level of care.
Current Situation
Exhibiting severe behavior or family stress that hasn't been alleviated by standard counseling.
Do I need a referral?
You may qualify automatically
Though your AAP social worker will be considered a part of your community treatment team, a referral from your social worker is not required.
If your child and home meet the necessary criteria, you are automatically qualified. We work with social workers and local professionals to provide an effective, individualized treatment team approach.

We help families who have adopted children under the age of eighteen, in the state of California, who are receiving benefits through the Adoption Assistance Program.
There is no out-of-pocket cost to families who have adopted out of the Foster system through the Adoption Assistance Program.
