Who Qualifies?
Eligibility Criteria
LocationAdopted child from a county within the state of California.
AgeChild must be under the age of eighteen.
Risk LevelAt risk of being removed or placed outside the home into a higher level of care.
Current SituationExhibiting severe behavior or family stress that hasn't been alleviated by standard counseling.
Do I need a referral?
You may qualify automatically
Though your AAP social worker will be considered a part of your community treatment team, a referral from your social worker is not required.
If your child and home meet the necessary criteria, you are automatically qualified. We work with social workers and local professionals to provide an effective, individualized treatment team approach.
