Wrap Facilitator
Coordinates the wraparound process, facilitating team meetings and ensuring the family's voice and choice are at the center of the plan. They act as the primary point of contact and guide for the family's journey.
Clinician
Provides specialized trauma-informed therapeutic support and behavioral interventions for children and families. They work under direct clinical supervision to implement love-based healing strategies.
Parent Partner
A person with lived experience in the child welfare or adoption system who provides peer support and advocacy for parents. They offer unique empathy and guidance based on their own journey.
Administrative Roles
Our administrative team ensures that our operations run smoothly, allowing our clinical staff to focus entirely on the families we serve.
Operations & Support
Includes roles in Human Resources, Finance, Office Management, and Program Coordination. These professionals keep our mission moving forward with integrity and efficiency.
